He'll PCF,

I'd like some feedback on these two projects I'm working on concurrently. I've caught the relabeling bug and have started going back and adding quarters to my playable sets. I did horseshoe quarters a few months back with the help of gear and they turned out amazing. Now I'm turning my attention to my Par A Dice and Aztar sets. I have two racks each of blue garden city 1's with the small inlay and butterscotch garden city 5's with the small inlay to use as quarters for these two sets. Here are the line ups...give me your thoughts. Right now I'm only looking at color and edge spot progression. I haven't decided on the inlay shape yet.

I actually have two racks of primary aztar snappers that I was originally going to use as quarters for that set. So here's another look...

I like the edge spot progression more using the Aztar snapper with the PAD set rather than the Garden City $5. Shared/similar colors are also already present in the set between the $1/$5, so having the yellow spot on the snapper/quarter ties it in a bit too.

If set continuity matters to you at all the Aztar snapper with the Aztar set makes more sense as it was originally from the same casino, but I like the edge spot progression with the Garden City $1 much better and would probably stay with that.

I like the Garden City $1 with the PAD set, but that could just be because I'm partial to blue chips in that set :)

Blue Garden City $1 for the Par-A-Dice set, and pink Aztar snapper for the Aztar set.

The GC $5 doesn't fit as a frac in either set -- re-label those as $20 chips.

I think it has to be the blue garden city with the par-a-dice

My labels came in today! I put a few on just to see what they look like. I struggled a lot with this project, more so because I was working on two different fracs simultaneously. In the end, I went with the blue garden city 1's for the PAD quarter and pink aztar snapper for the aztar quarter. Even the inlay shape decision caused me much grief, lol. I didn't end up using the butterscotch colored garden city 5's, but got a few labels printed to see what they would've looked like....not bad as standalone chips, but don't really work with either set. For the aztar quarters, I had @Gear do 200 regular aztar casino labels and 200 modified "casino azteca" labels. I had been toying with the idea of a pre-Colombian themed set and figured that changing aztar to azteca wouldn't be to difficult. Many many thanks to @Gear for the fabulous work! Sorry for the crappy lighting and picture...I'll try and get better ones tomorrow.
