Is there a way to change the rebuy time from 30 minutes to 1 hour?

The re-buy period is fixed at 6 levels. If 3-minute blinds, that's 18 minutes, or 30 minutes for 5-minute blind levels.

So yeah, you can have a sixty-minute rebuy period, but only if the blind levels are 10-minutes long.

Ah that's what it is. I knew I thought PCF rebuys were a hour.
