Anyone know a maker of 3” (76mm) or larger custom dealer buttons?

It would be more of a custom project, I don't have them in my shop or anything. I played around with it a while ago but never really bothered to mass produce them.

I'll take some pictures later.

Indeed. I wouldn't be making them, it's an idea for if anyone wants to use wood. I'm happy to sell the pucks if anyone has a laser engraver, or other means to get the print on the buttons.

I did some prototypes a while back just to fine tune our laser engraver to see what speeds/power settings to used. Made sense to do makeshift dealer buttons as tests.

Found some photos on my google drive. I don't know where these actual buttons are buried.

Left side button is plywood. The rest are solid Oak

I don't know much about Dealer Buttons, but here is what I know..

Like people said ABC Gifts and Awards / BR PRO POKER are the biggest vendors of Custom Dealer Buttons. on here. They are the same company and make 3" (60MM) Ceramic Dealer Buttons. Tommy has offered you some cool wooden DBs.

Some Vendors I know of that make Custom Dealers below. For Poker Chip Lounge and Chip Lab I've never bought Custom DBs from them, but the Chip Lab allows you to purchase and customize 1 Dealer Button.

ABC made me one back in the day, but I cannot recall the dimensions exactly (80mm to 90mm I reckon).
