Picked up a set of $1,000 outlaw poker chips from discountpokershop.com

For a cheap chip I'm pretty impressed. I like to stay within the 9 to 10 gram range but these are pretty well made actually. Not crazy about the sticker I may take them all off and get custom stickers. But for a travel set to keep in my vehicle I think this is the deal.

The biggest selling point to me was the bespoke pattern and the colors. Not to mention the price. And to be honest they stack fairly well and they're not overly slippery

I have a Monaco Casino tourney set from Discount Poker Shop. Seems like they’re the same material. I’ve been really happy with them, for the same reasons you stated.

Like I said the only thing I don't care for is the sticker the denomination is a little hard to read on them. And the skull is cheesy. But I do like the design of the chip itself. Maybe some custom labels from gear I was thinking maybe two six shooters crossed with the word outlaw poker room and then the denomination larger and clearer

My main two complaints are the weight, and for some reason, the $5000 chip is actually very slippery. I really like the easily distinguishable colors and easy to read denominations.

It's all about an appealing design and meeting a comfortable investment ratio.

Inexpensive chips can still be good chips.... There are "better chips" in but these honestly stack better than most chips I have handled and the colours and denominations work for essentially any poker game stake like a swiss army knife travel set of sorts. Its also great for board games like monopoly. I have since this picture added 50x1000 and 25x5000 to this set to give it more versatility in board games to match more game stakes. These are the chips I leave out in the case by the board games that my daughter can pull out and play with etc....So eventually the odd one will go missing but at $3Can/roll I don't really care and there are enough to keep the set going for years.

your Outlaw chips definitely pants my cheap chips when it comes to edgespots and inlay. I like the mold, plenty of opportunity for a flashy custom label down the road should you chose to change anything.

I ordered a roll of the 25 cent for a sample and do like the design, doubt I will get anymore but they are the chips I use to shuffle all day at work.

these are the "Prestige" line of chips sold by Straitpokersupplies.com here in Ontario. Very inexpensive chips that stack great. Unfortunately they were put on clearance when the 100's went out of stock so are no longer fully available.

There have been a few PCF group buys for them. They’re quite nice. Keep your eye out for another GB, or put up a wanted ad for one. Not sure of the size off the top of my head.
