After what was supposed to be an inexpensive set of plastic chips I find myself ready to hit reset. The chips were purchased for a crowd of people with ZERO appreciation for the chips they would be using. They were also purchased because I thought they were easily customizable and fairly uncommon giving a little security. But problem after problem has made this little venture cost far more than I wanted. Initially the order was muffed. Most of the labels I paid a premium for have to be replaced for a reason I cant explain. So if I am replacing the labels my thinking is this:
Changing the grey T500 for a Yellow T500. Its a little unorthodox but if I go with the yellow I think it will flow better and keep the set unified by the four colors in the logo. Red, Yellow, Orange and Black.

Any thoughts?

Agreed. The grey is actually a very greeny-grey in person. The initial idea was to have a very un-flashy tourney set. The more colorful chips to used for the cash set. But using the strong colored red with perfect contrasting black and white spots kinda blows the whole monochromatic scheme out of the water.
But as a purist I cant think of a single instance of a yellow $/T 500 other than the Garden City $200

Yellow wouldn't tilt me (given your other color choices). But if it bothers you, go with orange if available - plenty of orange $500''s in the wild (all Missouri casinos, for starters).

Yellow chip fits nicely. Go for it. [emoji106]

I like the yellow a lot...... not a fan of the gray next to the black
