I got an email from Global Poker that they have online Poker with a whopping $2 free. So I singed up and play a 50 cent SNG lol. Software seems decent. It was nice playing online again.

The start of the email from them claims "It has finally happened...you can play online poker in 50 US states LEGALLY!". I wonder if there's any truth to it or if the site is rigged like all the old sites used to be.

I've been playing on it a couple times per week. So far so good. It uses the 'sweepstakes' model -- You're paying for gold coins that can be 'traded' for sweepstakes cash that you can cash out (something to that effect). It reminds me of casinos where you can't play roulette with a wheel, but they'll deal you cards for roulette and such.
