A long time ago, in a town far, far away…(queue a camera panning back and down as we see HQ farting and leveling buildings in the fabled Dover Incidents…

First game ever with the Coops after the Great Unboxing…

It’s Scarney, it’s the river, Chicken loses his straight flush when he is forced to discard. He ends up with like a 15 high and high King. I scoop with a 12ish high and a pair of 3s.

Played some last night - started at about 7pm right after dinner, $1/2 stakes, had up to 11 players all at one table at one point but most people left by midnight, 4 of us degenerates stayed and played until about 3:30am, stakes also degenerated to $4/8 with double straddles, $30 antes for Between the Sheets pots, and $20/40 7 card stud betting, lmao smh... so stupid!

(Budget) Alcohol may have been involved: Although I didn't drink so I really didn't have a good excuse for playing stupid! haha

Was playing with a mix of two cheapy sets - fortunately, the edge spots and colors matched so no problems with ID'ing chips. (I had misplaced a bag full of spare chips for my cobra kai set so I grabbed my blemished hundo plaques from BrProPoker and surprisingly, they got into play And were a big hit with the HBD (have been drinking) crowd! )

One of the bigger hands of the night - PLO8, flop was the 5, 9, 8, turn 3, river K. 3 people in, all three had A2 low but the guy at the far end also had AdQd for the nut flush...

I bought in for $200, was doing pretty good for a little while (pic below), then got felted, was about to go home, got talked into buying in again (another $200), roller coastered for awhile and luckily managed to get my head above water before calling it a night - in for $400, out for about $570. (fwiw, that's about 2-3x normal amounts/stakes for me)

I keep forgetting to take pics when playing, but remembered at one point last night. Had to use a buddy's phone and quality is shit.

Playing 25c/25c with the CDI's. in for $40, out for $41.50. Currently looking for investment opportunities with my winnings. ;)

Got a slight delay start from the original planned 830pm, targeted time to end at around 1230am-1245am should be just around the time Liverpool v Chelsea FA Cup
Final ended

Using Blinds Up App, looking good at first try

I really loved that app… until it went subscription based. I play so few tourneys that it’s just a waste of money for me. :(

I using the free version for testing now, it good up until 8 person for free version
Yeah, the features are (were) great and I think the GUI is top notch too! Loved the fact that not only could you create your own structure, but you could import your own background and even your own chips! Not to mention the ability to cast it to a tv too. It 100% checked every box I could’ve hoped for in a “tourney clock”

8-handed NL 5/5 (Swedish Krona) at my place. Off forum people except for @Freudeus Got to finally put my BCC CDIs in play, such awesome chips. Used a Modiano Alpha deck. Supernice cards and they received some appreciating comments. More so than the chips lol

Great crowd and I had a blast. Played from 4pm to 3am. In for 1000 and out for 3375
