This is a mini-micro cash chip set. The original chip set went down to nickels. Later, I added a $10 chip and a penny chip. The $10 chip effectively doubles the number of $5 chips in the set. The penny chip was added so the set could be used during family gatherings. I used to play 1c / 5c / 10c games of seven-card stud with my great-grandfather and cousins as a child, and I wanted to be able to do the same when my family gets together. Plus, it's an easy, low-stakes way to teach the game.
