I’m Jeff and wanted to make one of my first posts to say that I’m ecstatic to find a community for poker collecting. I recently graduated college but found poker to play with my close friends and at a local casino. I instantly fell in love with the simplicity and complexity of it. Especially being able to play with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Ever since playing in a casino with Paulson chips, I never wanted to play with my cheap chips again! I’ve been collecting some different chips here and there from what I could get online from eBay and Apache poker. I’ve also been collecting a $1 and $5 from all the casinos I’ve been playing at so far.

I’m still broke from school but I won’t stop collecting over time!

Welcome to the community Jeff! Many here make good money and we are still broke from this hobby! Hopefully in time you can build a playable Paulson set! Going straight to good chips is a smart move as they hold their value well if you change your mind or your taste change over time!!

It's a slow grind to become a chipper, like playing poker. Get samples, test out barrels, enjoy the ride and ask questions. Alot of good people here who love to help with this addiction.

Recently had to move to northern Michigan for work so poker is harder to come by for me now but still have online play!
