Hi! Just wanted to ask if anybody here has had any experience shipping poker chips to the Philippines? I've read that poker chips or any other gambling paraphernalia are not allowed in customs unless you have clearance from the board of gambling in the Philippines. I just bought 1,100pcs custom cards mold set from alibaba and i'm using a third party shipper instead of UPS or FEDEX. The shipper said there will be no problems, but i saw an article that customs confiscated poker chips when it was going thru customs. I'm really worried right now that it might be confiscated, anyone here have any experience?

Welcome! No experience shipping to the Philippines specifically but I always put something like ”obsolete gaming tokens” in the description and never anything ”poker”. No issues so far

Hello and welcome. May be sometime it can have problem with real casino chips but i will very surprised if you meet some with custom ceramics chips made in china. No reason to stop them at the custom except may be if they are counterfeit.

I not sure there is any other active Filippo PCF, but the China seller that I know they declare the chip as gaming token AFAIK

Thanks for welcoming me and for the replies. Will update here if ever it arrives. I messaged the shipper to put Obsolete gaming tokens, hoping it will pass thru customs without trouble.

Update! Might be useful for other people from the Philippines. Just got my chips from Tina in Alibaba. Used a forwarder, not sure if i can post the name of the company here. They had no issues shipping my custom chips.
