New Vendor: SUN-FLY Casino Equipment (3 Viewers)

Here's @Hobbyphilic demonstrating how to break these chips.

Good news: I'm not going to smash the chip with a hammer. I'm more worried about incidental damage from having friends over, splashing a pot and doing ordinary home use for chips. From what I was given to understand, RHC chips are prone to "flea bites" just from home use, and China Clays can be broken just pulling them apart.

WOW!!! I'd like to say THANK YOU all for your warm welcome. We are very exciting to be a new member of this community. Right now we are preparing a few new projects and I'll post all information in our vendor forum once we are ready, please follow us to get the latest update.

Welcome! As a fellow vendor, I'm very glad to welcome you to PCF, and mildly embarrassed that I didn't really take this thread very seriously at first. Something as big as this, but announced on April 1, falls into the category of "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't."

Looking forward to your information & projects, and I'm sure you'll find that your time & efforts here will be well-spent!

I have 43mm SunFly's that get used regularly and having one "break" is something I would never even consider. Not even on the radar screen.

That's a relief. Sunfly 43's on the HB005 set were originally on the radar, but I've been pulled into trying to get either Paulson THC's or CPC's for my custom set.

If Sunfly were to start taking American orders regularly and I don't have to worry about those exorbitant shipping costs and the heavy tariffs, I'd happily do my tournament set with them. I love @p5woody's "Woody's Casino" set and I really like the 43's. the only thing I can't seem to do with the Sunfly 43's is make those guys stand on end.

Here's the way I look at it:

The biggest pros and cons are as follows:

Sunfly 43's:
+: Easy to order, customizable as hell
+: Lowest priced option (some have quoted as low as .72 a chip for 700 chips)

-: shipping and import costs
-: Not sure I can get the vibrant colors I want to make this set pop. (I want the fire oranges, the bright fuchsias, the lime greens, etc.)

THC's:
+: Well known, extremely durable.
+: Paulsons, duh.

-: Hard as shit to locate
-: Price could be in excess of $1000 just for the chips

CPC's:
+: Easy to locate
+: Seems durable for a clay chip

-: Queue is about 6 months, maybe longer for my design
-: Certain chips are "in season" unless I want the A-mold and Small Crown was recommended to me.

@SUN-FLY Poker Chips are you able to confirm that you made these chips and what style / mold they are on?

From all the recent excitement around here lately with "cards" mold chip I'm sure there would be equal excitement if the option to order 39/43 mm hybrids that had some "stamp" in the rim of the chips like your polyclay line of chips. The ACFs pictured above seem to have the best of both worlds that would be highly desirable around here.

@natumes @Windwalker @AK Chip . Are you able to advise if the writing "Aviation Club De France" around the chip is printed or debossed in the chip? From looking at the chips in pics its appears its debossed but due to the fact the are being claimed to be made by sunfly It leads me to believe its printed on
