Hello!

My name is kyle and I have been playing poker online for a little while now. I recently started hosting a home game and discovered the wonderful world of pokerchips!! I am new to collecting and recently purchased a Key West and rounders cash set which are just amazing! I look forward to collecting more; however, my bankroll most likely does not!

Welcome to the forum man!

Whereabouts in Canada are you?

Congratulations on your start in chips. I also started out with a Stock CPC Rounders Tourney set. 800 strong.

Always here to help in any way I can, along with many of the other great folks you are bound to come across.

Oh...and PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN:);)

Good Lord!!

Beautiful!! I'm out in Mission man!

Numerous game hosts like yourself as well, @grantc54 @T_Chan @LotsOfChips @Mesnik44 just to name a few that I play with.

Awesome you joined bro. Everything sucks right now, but once there is a turnaround, I'd love to meet up man! We can nerd out on chips and play some poker..

Welcome to the site! As @Jeevansluck said, there are a lot of good local games, there are also a lot of great local resources. Namely @T_Chan for tables and @Gear for chip labels.

Hopefully you can join a local game once this current mess clears up.

Welcome from a fellow chipper and poker enthusiast in Chilliwack (less than an hour away from Vancouver, but almost an hour away from Vancouver!).

Nice setup! Is that an Apache 2800 case? Sweet! I have an Apache 3800 for my 1100 piece Paulson cash set, and an Apache 4800 for my 1700 piece tournament set of Royals.

Looking forward to meeting you in person at a game, once we can play live again.

I look forward to meeting as well! The cases I use and swear by are the Nanuk cases. I'm constantly travelling with my pokerchips since I play after work most nights and they are discreet and offer really great protection imo.

Here's my total collection so far.... any suggestions on my next set?? View attachment 428607
Well for starters, scrap all them COPAGs and get some Desjgn cards, IMHO. YMMV

For your next set, I would just go ahead and start doing a sampling frenzy! Maybe sample some Paulsons. Change it up. You've got plenty of CPC goodness there.

Where would be the best place to start looking at Paulson's? I know they no longer produce them so I would guess on here in the classifieds? Thanks.

Awesome sets you have there! Welcome to the forum, please deposit your paycheck at the entrance and grab a seat. You're in for a fun ride.

Hello and welcome! :) Lots of Paulsons and in varying conditions (mint, good, used) and varying rarity with vastly different prices. Sometimes there are sales that go on and uncirculated mint chips from casinos that close down/rebrand would be put up for sale by vendors. There is an upcoming sale @TheChipRoom you could check it out :)
