Sweet. I am actually only in Michigan for a short period of time a bit of vacation leave. Headed to Germany for work.

Couldn't help but notice the ol' "APO AE" (Army Post Office - Armed Forces Europe) in the subject line. Gave me flashbacks.

Where in Germany are you headed? I was stationed in die Deutschland back in the day, assigned to the 1st Infantry Division in Bavaria before the Division returned CONUS.

If this is your first time in Germany, you will absolutely love it.
