We can use this thread to keep track of the new releases that come to the market.

I found these two new options perusing the internet this afternoon.

First one seems to be a generic Copag option. I've seen the bridge size, 4 pipped option floating out there, but this is the first time I've seen the two jumbo index version out there. These seem to be poker sized as well. I have a PM out to @Thomacetti to see if he knows anything about these, whether they're Copag Belgium or crap Copag (Brazil) stock. The plain tuckbox that is in the listing photo actually seems promising to me. Perhaps destined for a casino and the order was cancelled? Any commercial option usually has a tuckbox and/or packaging that has a little more pizzaz.

Second finding is an interesting one. Modiano making new cards from the grave? The tuckbox says bridge cards but interestingly enough the item description says they're poker size. Either way, they're two pipped jumbo index.

Regarding Copags
Plain tuck box let me to belive that might be edition made for pokerroom use.
I might be same story as Cartamundi made for Tobago Casino. They came to me also from Lithuania.
Maybe someone has really good plugs in.

They offer free economy international shipping, that's nice.

I make that same deduction.

Thomas seems to think they're crappy Copag though and not the good Belgian stock. We'll see. I ordered a setup and it should be here in a few weeks.

I know the red/blue Slowplay cards are in the DB but they have new purple/gold ones:

Anyone checked these out yet and could compare to other brands? The red/blue are decently priced at $13/setup but these are $20/setup. Not sure why the price difference.

I had both Version and been using both for awhile, the link below is my review on V2 compare to V1

Post in thread 'What poker cards you use?'

In Summary, they improved a lot from V1 and I think they used a much better material. I will choose V2 over V1 for sure but V1 are much cheaper for workhorse cards

They really marked up a lot on Amazon, I can get them for about 4.50 usd per set for V1 & just below 7 usd for V2 and about $2 in shipping from China direct

He picked up around 200 decks from Modiano direct. He cleaned them out of all remaining stock.

I know a guy locally who gets wholesale through him and heard about these a while back.

I’m keen to get some. They look great

Good stuff Dan. Does he know if they are bridge or poker size?

How do these feel? I’ve never used Modiano cards before but they look great
I haven't cracked one open yet. I would imagine that these are the same stock as the Texas Poker line they have out now, though.

I ordered a setup of these. Should hopefully get them this week. First time trying Modianos

They propobly good enough but I always recommend upgrading to Platinium...
