New Paulson Project (3 Viewers)

People spending good money on the elites understand that a $10 chip is pointless. People that look for entry level chips think they need a $10 as they are usually just purchasing their first set etc. Most of us have done this at the beginning, thinking we need every denom. And because they are so cheap, its not that expensive but it is unessessary.

Here is the new set with a few changes. I have submitted artwork to GPI for their approval. If all goes well the presale will start next week.

What was the catalyst for changing the quarter to pink from yellow? Yellow quarter was a nicer fit in the range IMO.

Alot of people requested pink. If more people want yellow I will change back to yellow.

I just got a whole bunch of samples from Apache of various chips from the cheap ones to Agrosys. I’ve never handled Paulson Elites before but they are really nice. Definitely feels like clay and has the same weight. Really sharp edges. I like them a lot.

I wish they had some type of mold and also would love different spot patters and colors...but still they are very nice chips. I wish I gotten to this site in time for the preorder because this set is my top contender for a cash set with fracs.

We all want these things, but the manufacturer will not allow it.
My love of poker chips is much more developed than my knowledge of the industry and such. As I am learning, I find the relationship between Paulson and the chipper community to be very peculiar. I can’t think of many other hobby’s where a company seems almost adversarial to its biggest fans. It’s just odd.

I guess it’s all about security for casinos who are Paulsons real customers but still......

Thank goodness for CPC.

And thank goodness for @Apache

And thank goodness for @Apache

We civilians in the chipping community have it easy, buy and sell. It’s the vendors and business’ that have it harder to try and work out deals with the manufacturers. We chippers benefit from the hard work. ;)
