Just trying to make the minimum posts and join in. I’ve been reading these posts since 2016 and I was a teenager. A bit about myself:

I’m a 21 year old college student. I first learned to play poker when I was 13 and it’s been a hobby of mine ever since. I’ve always been a chip fanatic without really ever owning a high quality set. Now that I can legally play at all casinos, I’m pretty much searching for a quality set that isn’t too expensive.

That’s all! Looking forward to browsing the classifieds

Also want to add that if any one has set recommendations in the $0.30-$0.80/chip price range, please let me know! I’m already eyeing majestics, royals, the bank (Apache) chips or Nevada jacks. (Yes, I have ordered samples and am waiting)

Considering your price range, a 1000 chip set of custom ceramics comes in at .78 a chip from brpropoker.com! Don't limit yourself to stock designs

Welcome to posting! Royals are great chips for the price! You'll have lots of members around you in cali. I highly recommend ordering samples or grabbing some loaner samples available here on the forum. If you have any questions regarding breakdowns (how many to order) and which denominations best suit your game feel free to reach out via PM to myself or @Ben8257!

Thanks for the advice! Definitely looking forward for pandemic measures season to end so I can link up and play with people in person locally
