Just wanted to say hi now that I've signed up for an account. I've been lurking here for a few weeks ever since I moved from a small apartment to a house and got the desire to set up a poker room. I've been playing since I was a teenager back in 2003 and I've always had home games using cheap chips and foldable table tops but I'm looking to step it up. I've been a bit overwhelmed with how many options there are for chips and this forum has been very useful so far to get a handle on it. I'd like to purchase a large set of chips for a home cash game soon but haven't decided what style yet, going back and forth between China Clays and the real deal, at this point I probably would have ordered a set of CCs from Apache if every set wasn't out of stock on at least 1 denom that I need.
