Hello everybody, I am new to the Forum and wanted to introduce myself. I come from the world of chiptricks and just recently started with trying to get as much different paulson chips as possible for my videos.
What started with a few chips has now become a fascination for the paulson homegame series in the first place. Like I guess most of pokerchip enthusiasts I walked into some eBay “deals” and got some useful information by reading a lot of threads in this forum. I guess there is never enough to know about the different chip series and what makes them special.

Hello and welcome.

I'm from Spain, and I think is interesting to know about others europeans, so it's not easy for us to buy good chips!!!

Welcome! As you acquire different chips, would love to know which ones you find easiest to work with.
at the moment I am mostly using the Cartamundi Casino Royales BUT I have very good experience with the paulson classics as well! Most of the time any chip will work if you trick with them a lot

Welcome. Did you post on 21ace . com back in the day? It was a discussion board dedicated to chip tricks and card flourishes.
Were you on 21ace as well? I was iq_tricker at that time

Thanks a lot!
Hello and welcome! Cool tricks

Hello and welcome. Looked forward to watching your videos.
Hope you enjoyed them

Yes most of them are far far away, but with a lot of patience it seems to be possible picking something up from time to time :)

...and I'm over here dropping chips when I'm putting them into racks.

Do you have a preference for manufacturer/finish/texture/weight?
In general its about practicing a long time with the same chips, so the chips and your hands get used to each other. Its much easier to peform the tricks when having used the chips for a few weeks daily for tricking.
On the other hand I tricked a lot with the Cartamundi Casino royales but since I wanted to bring some variation to my videos I joined the world of Paulson Tophat and Canes since they work best on Camera. When having practiced with a Paulson Chip a lot it is a perfect tricking chip. Regards!

Yeah, those are pretty low quality chips in the grand scheme of things but are probably 'heavy' comparatively.

I'd be interested how you'd feel about hard edged plastics, brand new THCs with a lot of texture left and really broken in Paulsons that are very smooth.

I would definitely go with the smooth used Paulsons! They are perfect in weight and connection with your fingers. The brand new THCs need a lot of usage until getting that smooth.
