Great news: Gear Labels has a new employee! @Wifey (aka Andrea) is taking on some of the communication & customer service functions.
As many of you know, we have a bit of a queue at the moment, and this will help bring the wait times down.
Starting now, to place an order, ask a question, or pretty much anything else related to Gear Labels -- please send an email to ask@gearlabels.com!
DO NOT PANIC -- if you have already PM'd me, there is no need to re-submit your order or question (unless I have asked you to do so.) I will continue to work through the existing PMs I have, but all new questions etc. should go to the email address.
