Hey All—I've always been a fan of the Bear Claw spot pattern, and with the recent flood of some new designs into the chipping world, thanks to the beautiful Tiger Palace sets, I thought it would be fun to create a fantasy casino design for cards mold so those wanting a similar vibe at a different price point can have them! To be clear, while the Tigers helped inspire the idea for this set, nothing has being copied or ripped off here. It was a fun project for myself to take on in creating a fictional casino with a "bear" and bear claw spot theme. The black one dollar chip was the anchor of the idea, to make the set unique, and to emulate one of my all-time favorite chips, the bear claw Empress $100.

Nice colors! Any concerns that the denoms might be a little small and hard to read? Also, why no $20?

love these colors! At first, I was like "hey those $0.25 chips are kinda like the $1000 chips"; then I realized that you probably would never have both on the table at the same time..

Great work!

I'd advice to really pay attention to bleeding issue when you've to print white (thin) lines on a black background.
It's especially true for ceramic printing.

This will be something you'll have to be careful during the sampling process.

Also, the $500 and $25,000 look quite similar. Maybe use the Silver color on the $25,000.
And I would use a different shade of green to make a $20 (since it'll never used together with the $25 anyway).

$20 are great for anyone who wants to order two sets (one tourney and one cash) and do not want to mix the cash and tourney denoms. $20 goes with the cash set and $25 with the tourney set.

These look great. I'm patiently shopping around for a set so I'll be keeping an eye on these.

Don't get your DB through Tina. Get them through BR Pro Poker. Those 52mm DBs just aren't large enough IMO.

Has this chip set been ordered?

Purple and blue are similar? Not seeing that one at all. The purple $500 is closer to the pink $5000 than it is to the blue $25K. But not close enough to either to change.

The $500 and $25,000 could lead to dirty stacks.

Maybe 25c and $20 could too.

Especially in lower lighting and few feet from the stack (in real Poker situation). It's not only the base color but also the spots all togerher. You can have dirty stacks even with different colors (ex. purple and blue).

The key will be the correctness of color printing. Ex. if the purple will print just a little bit darker than what is wanted, it could create the issue.

So again, you'll have to be on the ball during the sampling process.
