I have added a blog post to our website, explaining and detailing out our new Set Up Fee. (Effective October 1, 2021)
This new fee won't apply to any orders placed before October 1, 2021 no matter when it was placed or when it gets completed.
We posted this new fee when we re-launched our website under the MISC Items pricing page.
