The bills:
The bills are full-size and two-sided, and have a green tint that's a bit darker than regular cash. (They actually look a bit more green than the photo above.) They're nicely done by a company called "Learning Advantage."
Fun night money in the casino industry:
When I took the blackjack dealer classes at the casino where I work, we used this brand of replacement cash to learn to place money correctly on the table, count it quickly, handle it and lock it up correctly. (We mostly used $20s and $100s at the training tables.)
And whenever a new casino opens, they run the first week or so using fun night money and chips to test the dealers, managers and systems. Casino party companies use this type of currency, and I'll be using it to teach a blackjack class later this month.
At home...
Fun night money could be used for a casino party at home, work or charity where each player gets a fixed amount of fun night cash for their buy in, or can cash their chips and bid on donated prizes. And a stack of fake $20s or $100s could represent the prize in a large tournament display.

Scanned images of the bills, front and back. For
some reason, the $100 bill scanned lighter, but is
the same color as the other bills.
