So are we. In November, 2017, we began a serious search for new suppliers who could offer us some new items. Sometimes, when you find a supplier with a new item, you find they also have a nicer version of something you're already selling.
In this case, they offered a 67.7 mm rack that is more consistent when you measure the barrels with some digital calipers. The new racks fit our Key West Resort & Casino chips perfectly, and even a bit tighter than the racks we've found previously.
Like our previous racks, these are made of real acrylic. (The same company offers a plastic model, too. Acrylic is a bit more than 6 percent heavier.)
All acrylic racks will last longer, because they're less brittle than polystyrene, the plastic used to make cheaper racks. And acrylic will keep its cleaner, clearer look longer than a plastic rack.
Our cost is (very slightly) more expensive than the racks we've been offering. But the difference in our cost is very small, so we're offering the new rack for the same price -- $3.49 per rack, plus shipping.
It also fits our Key West chips better, with less room in the rack after 20 Key West chips go in. You really can't get more than 20 chips into the rack, no matter what.

Before you order...
Please be sure this is the rack you want. Rack sizes vary. There are 65 mm, 67.7 mm, 69 mm, and 70 mm. (There may be more.) If you are not sure of the size rack you need, check with others who have the same chips you do, or measure at least three stacks of chips with some calipers or ask someone here to do that for you.
You may wish to consider buying a single rack and checking the fit with a stack of your chips.
How close do these racks come to the exact height of a stack?
When you measure them in increments smaller than one tenth of a millimeter, most stacks of chips will vary ever so slightly. Shuffle and re-stack your chips, and you'll get a slightly different height each time.
An average stack of 20 Key West Casino chips will fit into the barrels of these racks with about 0.52 mm or less space. In most cases, it will feel like the chips touch each side of the rack.
