Any idea who made this. 1946 so I'm guessing Burt, but I don't think I've seen a no-mold this old before.

Burt Co. or USPC. I don't remember which first had the stamped metal inlay. @gmunny ?

A rack of those would be pretty pricey, a $2900 per chip.
