No blood, no gore, no injury of any kind. No pain to anyone in the video. Just painful for a guy to watch, in the squeamish/squirming-in-your-seat sense.

Ah doesn't sound too bad. I did some research and it sounds like I'll cope with this video after a few beers when I get home from work. I can deal with people hurting themselves through stupidity but don't like those videos showing people hurting other people or animals etc.
