Nanuk 910 with Alibaba Rack = 600 Chip prefect with 2 Deck Set up (1 Viewer)

Attached is a Set up that fit nicely with no foam cutting needed

A Nanuk 910 - I just remove the middle layer leaving it the TOP and Bottom layer

Alibaba racks that fit in nicely in this set up for 39mm chip

2 set-up of Card with dealer button and cut card

Sample of the 600 Chip Set up fitting nicely and good to go without any much hassle

That looks great. So do you still have a foam layer around the outside of the chip racks? Hard to tell by your pic of it fully loaded.

Nope, there is no foam layer around rack edge, I do however have to fill up the small hole left on the bottom of the deck card case with some paper filling

Yes You can stack up to 800 chips but not much room left for Card / Button

They are good and durable for the price they are only priced like $2usd per rack but they can only store 39mm chip bigger chip like 43mm are not suitable

I'm planning on buying a new set this year. With the same configuration as yours. I can get the 910 locally but hopefully stocks last cause its rarely sold here. Also there's a chip alternative of that alibaba chip tray. Hope its of good quality too

They are also made in China but not sure about the quality. And the "made in Chine" text is kinda obvious. It's from Shopee, our local online retailer here in PH.

This is the size btw - 9.44 x 3.14 x 1.96inch which won't fit it stack into 2 trays of columns of 4 for 800 chips

Those are the 44/45mm version of the rack chip, those will not fit 6-8 in nanuk910 you will fit about 4 with a lot of extra space

The 39/40mm are the one I using that will fit 6-8

I happen to own both and the difference in size are as shown below

Apparently all the honeycomb chip trays in aliexpress is from one manufacturer and they're at 9.44 cm. There is one in Taobao which is just 9.0cm but it's chinese and there's a window that can't be google translated xD

Finally got my Nanuk 910 . Gotta save up to buy me some Outlaw Chips and some chip trays!

Not sure if it would snug fit on nanuk 910 without the lid/tray. As of the moment i'm also using dice chips & i'm planning to upgrade to outlaws
