My wife was not happy that I got these... She just doesn't understand. Lol
Congrats, dude — I love the Dunes designs. Being in the UK, I too can relate with that amazing feeling of when you don't have to pay customs charges on great chips, haha!

"Paulson... Not yet"
... Be careful*, as I went from Dunes plastics (much different to what you've just acquired) to Paulsons in an alarmingly quick fashion once I found PCF!
*Jokes, fill your boots.
Hahah, don't worry — it is perfectly normal to want more than one set. You'll soon come to realise that it's not even about playing poker: it's more about just wanting to collect more and more cool stuff by curating new sets. (That's what I enjoy about it, anyway.)This is so true...Was initially looking at different options for a first set. Spent too much time on PCF already I think, as I am considering buying more than one set and spend more money they I ever thought I would and I don't play that much poker...
As you said...Custom charges is a killer! Can I ask you where you source your stuff? I found some nice looking Dunes at marlowcasinochips.com (are those the ones you have?) and hesitating with the ones offered by Apache, but also considering buying a set of Lady Luck or CPC rounders I just don't know...

Hmmm, to be honest, I've generally just bitten the bullet and bought my stuff from the States or Canada. All the chips that have taken my fancy have been there — and I'd rather pay more for what I really want.
Saying that, there are a lot of great European members on here that might be able to help you if they happen to be selling stuff: @BarrieJ3; @BonScot; @Eloe2000 to name just a few.
The Dunes ones from Marlow would be a downgrade from the ones you have, however, the owner of that site @David Spragg, is great to deal with and will able to tell you much more about getting a set of Rounders. I paid for a sample set and he got it out to me in a couple of days — it was a birthday present for my brother and they are awesome chips.
If you can afford them, they are awesome — but obviously get samples first before you pull the trigger on a set.
Drop him an email through the email / contact page on the website and he will get back to you quickly, usually. I'm not sure whether he has enough UK stock of them so you could potentially not have to pay import duties etc.
Josh from @Apache offers customer service that is truly second to none, so you can't go wrong with him either.
All good stuff mentioned. I have boxes on boxes of chips finally heading out tomorrow (businesses are opening!). If that goes well and the post office is indeed back up partially, I’ll reach out to see what you’re looking for and if I can assist @PocketAces
Yeah, Marlow has always been the go-to UK website for all the best chips! And that's the problem with this rabbit hole: you'll end up wanting them all...That's awesome, thank you.
I stumbled upon Marlow when I ordered samples of rounders - was really surprised and delighted to see they were shipped from a UK address, and you are absolutely right, impeccable service. I ordered a bunch of samples from Apache too, Josh has been very helpful, now just waiting for a sample of LadyLuck. Only issue is I like them all haha
Thanks again for your help
