Getting married (again) next Saturday so all the planning that goes along with that has been taking up most of my free time.

Only the best for my girl! Plus, she tolerates my chipping and even bought me two racks of Joker's Wild fracs for my birthday. I'm all in with this one.

This is a bummer, but nested chips would actually be kind of cool. Like this, but multiple different chips cut at different diameters so you could interlock them.

Yes, and no.
Yes I got it figured out. Milled a few racks.
But the tolerances are still not to my liking.
I'm still going to tweak it, but being 1/4mm to 1/2mm off from side to side or front to back seems like nothing, but when milling .28mm pocket for the label, it's a ton.
So for now, I'm (slowly) milling on my drill press, and using the CNC for signs and larger pieces where that 1/2mm is not noticable.
I'm still going to eventually get it completely level, but then I have to worry about different thicknesses between chips.

The longer you have your cnc machine the more issues you will have with keeping your bed level if it is made of MDF like mine. Its a constant battle.
