Don't quote me, but those look like the ones that were coated with some kind of sealant polish something?
I remember somebody selling them, advertising that as a feature.

Yup. The sales thread was edited multiple times, but I'm sure these were part of that sale. When I inquired, he said

I just found it fascinating because I've never heard of anybody else doing anything like this. So I don't know if it was a good idea or not.

This is the biggest reason why zealots like me rant about relabeling chips to match a casino's chips. These chips are listed as "Barrel (20) HORSESHOE SOUTHERN INDIANA HSI 25c casino poker chip Paulson THC." That's complete bullshit, because they're not chips from that casino. It's true that the description makes an attempt to clarify the truth by saying "relabled as . . ." but that should be the headline, not the fine print. And what happens when whomever buys these turns around and sells them? If they're any sloppier with their listing, then the next buyer will be swindled.
