Since we are going up the week before to work on a bunch of property improvements, we had to do some of the shopping now. Think I have enough for a dozen people? Ha. This is only the first trip. I will need to grab items like buns and sandwich bread up north, so it’s fresher.

This doesn’t include alcohol. Ha ha.

Some pics of the main event chip stacks, along with the massive meetup chips (small dealer button) and the rebuy chips, etc.

LOL at discovering my camera lens was dirty after the first two pics. I cleaned it off for the last wooden rack pic, lol.. I'll try to do better.

Also, update on the main event structure:

Main Event Details (now deeper stacked w/ rebuys)

Buy-In will be $60 ($50 prize pool & $10 bounty), every player will receive 1 rebuy chip, good for 1 opportunity to renter the main event (Same $60 entry fee applies). If a player busts out, and has already used their rebuy chip, they can negotiate with other players, as rebuy chips are transferrable.

Optional one time $40 secondary pool (for those wishing to play for bigger stakes). This pool is valid so long as the player is in the tourney (no matter if they rebuy).

Well, we are up north now. Working on the place for the next week to get the place ready. Transported one of my tables here, along with 16 gasser chairs… Three pelican cases loaded with chips, cards, etc…. Food, non alcoholic beverages, and even a couple of remote hole punchers requested by some.

Non poker Activities planned/available:
ATV’s
Fishing (people may want to bring their own poles, as our went missing)
Cornhole
Paddle Sports (kayaks/SUP)
Gun Range
Evening firepits

We will need to grab some bread (fresh brat and burger buns) and beer. I felt it better to wait and get fresh stuff, though prices in the northwoods is going to be a tad higher. If you have a favorite beer, feel free to bring some to share. But we will definitely have beer here!

Super excited to share the place with everyone.

heres a few of the items I packed...

The northwoods never ceases to throw wrinkles into everything. Apparently due to the late season winter temps, the ATV trails and everything else is opening later. The ATV trails don’t open until Friday at 8am. The nearby range should be opening soon (if it isn’t already) but their website says closed until winter repairs can be made. these are the pieces of info that aren’t readily available, and i just had to hear it from townies at the local pub today. Ha.

im sure the range is open, we will have to delay ATVs until Friday. We will adjust… We can drink beers, play poker, have a corn hole tourney.

Fishing hasn't been great just east of you either. Windy and cold until today was pretty nice but still below average fishing results. Still nice to get away. Looking forward to some poker win or lose.
