Don’t know what is in the Mississippi River but Missouri sure had some great chips. There are some oddballs in some of the lineups but some of the finest sets were procured by Jim. I wanted to show a few sets from the Show Me State.

Lol I've stared at pics of those spotted aztars for years and only just noticed the T5 is 4d18. I always thought it was a charcoal 414 spot

Missouri Fracs:

Oh wait, they're all the same freaking color! The gaps are for two newer Ameristar chips, which I also have, but are not in this photo.

PCA and Aztar are clearly a million miles past the others in quality. Though the Riverside chip in the lower left is nice too. Notice how some secondary chips got into collector hands, but a lot did not. There is a secondary for every chip here. Somewhere.

Those Aztars hotstamps are probably my favorite tourney chips of all time. Absolutely gorgeous.

Try the Bourbon Street $5’s instead. The Bourbon Street $5 and Aztar MO Sec $100 is one of the all time best combos.

I like them but I prefer the Great Basin. The edgespot progression is perfect.

Yah, and it gets better when you add an Aztar hundo to that mix.

And I know you have the Bourbons because there aren’t that many racks floating around and I want them, so I loosely keep track of where my supply is. ;-)

I guess this counts as Missouri PrOn. Bad Beat payout circa. 2014.
$6800+ was the table share and the entire bad beat was at around $220,000 (50% beat hand, 25% winner, 25% split rest of table.
These were the "big chips".
