why would you be sceptical? the postal system still works. Im more sceptical about the Italian postal system than I'll ever be of the Russia postal system...

That's right!
Russian Post is still sending parcels around the world, but it's a bit longer that usual.

I sent parcel in France a few months ago, 3 weeks and everything is fine.
