Here's the latest. Since I'm on unemployment, Woody is asking me to pay it forward rather than pay him for the design, so I will be doing the following and seeing if everyone is okay with it: 100% of this money will go to Woody. I do not want money, like I said earlier, money destroyed my mom's life in 2014 when she got a settlement and she went hog wild on the spending until the money ran out six months after she got the money.

Surcharge (optional)

All value chips = 2 cents per chip, to go to Woody
Bounty/Rebuy chips = 3 cents per chip to go to Woody
Dealer Buttons = 10 cents per dealer button to go to Woody

This means with all existing orders, Woody will earn $138.17 for all the chips we have ordered. Again, I am going to suggest this as I said, Woody has told me he would rather I pay it forward than pay him, and believe me, I would be happy to.

I want to see what the final cost will be with shipping before I commit to this. I want to see if this will be feasible. If not, I'll do as he said and pay it forward doing some other good deed for someone in the community. (I recently helped out a woman who had appendix surgery and had to go back to the hospital due to complications and missed work for a month because of it)

I'm completely fine with an art surcharge for Woody's excellence around the forum. He's a good guy and this design was killer .

Alright, everyone. I'm going to submit orders to Sunfly now and give you an updated quote list on the quantities when this happens.

One thing I will tell you guys (and girls): We have ordered 185 bounty chips, at current prices that's $151.70. If we can get that up to a little closer to 200, we get a price of 80c each. So for $8.30 extra we can get another 15 bounty chips. I think that might be worth it.

Also we may have a bigger quantity discount since we went over 5000 chips. I will find out as soon as I submit it and they give me a quote.

I rounded up all the chip orders to the next 25 quantity except for the 500 chip which I rounded up to 825 chips.

We have a total order at this time of:

6,350 value chips

1025 25 chips
1250 100 chips
825 500 chips
1425 1000 chips
250 5000 chips (blue)
725 5000 chips (pink)
850 25k chips

Total Value chips: 6,350

200 bounties (price on this will be reduced to 80c each)

I never confirmed this but I *think* the dealer buttons are 60mm Polychrom. At least that's what Susie at Sun-Fly wants me to verify.

@doublequeen has purchased two samples with the intent of sending you one sample set so I only send one packet to Europe. However, he didn't mention the dealer button so I will add the DB to his order and I have told Sunfly to increase the order from 42 to 44 dealer buttons. Blue or pink 5000? (if of course you want a second set, no problem because I ordered a few extra chips, I have at least 6 additional sample sets I can sell since Sunfly requires sales in increments of 25)

Also, holy last minute, Barrie. You ordered that 27 minutes before midnight California time, it was still legally June 3 when you ordered.

At this time I am going to close to set orders, but will allow a few sample orders since I will have some extra chips in denomination totals.

okay, gang. Let's do this. They also said that if I took them in, with the Sunfly boxes, that it would arrive one month before the Prestige chips did.

Pricing per Sunfly. I'll have individual costs for everyone come tomorrow. Keep in mind that the only cost after this will be shipping to individual addresses.

We need to make a choice. If I pay the $656, then I can get the chips a month early, I would need to pack and distribute them.

If we wait for the group buy, then Tommy would send the chips to me and then I would distribute them. The shipping cost needs to be updated:

The 25k has the light blue spots. During the concept stage, it was almost universally praised as looking way better than the one with the gray spots.

The total of all the orders is $5,157.00, and Woody will get, based on the chip orders $138.81 in art fees from these orders. @BarrieJ3 , if you wish to cover the gap for my intended gift to Woody, you may donate an additional $11.19, which will give him an even $150.00.

That means I will be paying in extra chip fees and gifted sample sets a total of $136.89. I can handle that. I'm not doing this for money (screw the money) I'm in this for the chips and the awesomeness.
