ABOUT THE CHIPS
These are all 40mm chips. This mold has one of the squarest edges that Matsui offers. The chips feel similar to Bud Jones V7s without the occasional suction effect.
Labels will be laminated matte finish.
Chips come in Matsui chip racks. You'll get a chip rack for every 100 chips that you order.


PRICING
Base cost is $1.15 per chip (2 color - 40mm) before any artwork fees, shipping costs, etc.
There is a 5% price break at 50k pieces.


Matsui artwork fee is $300 for this order. (1 new denom added)

• 5000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.06 = $1.21 +15c = $1.36 per chip
• 7500 pieces - $1.15 + $0.04 = $1.19 +10c = $1.29 per chip
• 10,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.03 = $1.18 +7.5c = $1.255 per chip
• 15,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.02 = $1.17 +5c = $1.22 per chip
• 20,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.015 = $1.165 +3.5c = $1.20 per chip

I went back and forth between using T25s or not .... in the end, I decided not to so I could have bigger stacks of the higher chips. The T25s will be made into All In chips, the T5s are dealer buttons, and the T25ks will be Show'Em chips. Exactly 200 chips, good enough for 2-6 players

Totally different universe because of the flat surface, square edges, and popping colors.

OK, here is what I'm thinking right now (and I better start saving my pennies!) -- but I reserve the right to revise this order (downward), if we don't hit at least 10k chips for the order, to hit that price point. -- I'd probably drop the 3 racks of T5, if we don't hit that price point. But might reduce other denoms as well.

ah, they have the same matte finish. i just played around with both and because the finish is the same (as far as I can tell) they have the same level of slickness (slicker than Paulsons for sure but not very slick, not prone to exploding barrels) and friction (chips stack fine and don't have the suction effect that some Bud Jones chips are prone to).
