Some of the chips still need new labels, but here's pretty much both tournament sets (low stack and high rollers)

All of the chips ...18 player tourney set and a 9 player high roller set (could do 20 and 10 players with a few uneven stacks)
The black $20 and $100 chips will be relabeled as seating chips for two tables and the T5 blues will become Bounty chips
I was short T25s so I got some Emerald Bay $25 chips that actually work well so I can have 18 players instead of 16

The beautiful colors of the T10K starting stacks ... that orange $5 will be relabeled as the All-In chip

The high roller set with T2M starting stacks. Those orange 25c chips will be relabeled as T500ks (really a T1M tourney with the 500Ks as rebuy chips)
The orange of the T500k is the same as the All-In chips, so I'll swap those out for something else (Emerald Bay yellow/purple $5 or $25)
the $100 white chips will be relabeled as T100K chips

The extra chips for rebuys and for use with other starting stacks (like a low chip being a T100 or T500)
...and those 17 25c chips I need to switch out (the $5 or $25 Emerald Bay will work)

Well since I only have 3 sets, I probably posted my Matsui’s a thousand times. But they are like my kids, and I don’t post on Facebook so...here are my babies!

I know I went too far...my first set of chips and customs. Learned a lot, working on another set now

I love your black decals with glitter! I definitely regret not getting that option. The price was too overwhelming at the time. But since then, I’m way more desensitized of chip prices.
I’m working on a 43mm Cali set now, which I love how it’s coming out. Getting everything I want, I might have to wait until next year

I took this picture earlier this morning so I could count how many chips of each I have (my spreadsheet is outdated). Since this thread popped up again, I might as well post the current status. Still about 100 chips coming and many need to be relabeled. (purple are T100k, white are T500k, blue T5s are Bounty, orange $5 are becoming All-In chips, black $20 and $100s are becoming seating chips and the far left white $1 are going to be Rebuys. Green and yellow in the front are extra and will probably get traded or sold). The white $100 were originally my T100ks until I saw the purples with the set and switched those. I'm more and more not liking the white $100 anymore for the high roller set ...tempted to make a custom T500k chip and order from Matsui

While the price of the plaques are insane, and even the "Group Buy" was an angle-shoot to squeeze a profit out of chippers, Matsui makes the best plaques.

I did a full label replacement. I took the labels off the 25k and put them on Emerald Bay 5s
