1: Put a label on the already existing image.
2: Remove seals of origin, remove the glue and put a thick laminated label.

The second option is interesting, but how to remove the glue!

I have 1000 chips to be made! That risks to be very very long!

Have already tried you a technique?
Have you photos of the depiction?

 
How uneven is it with the glue? Unless there is a thick residue, I would think you could simply drop a laminated label over it and never know it was there.

When I relabeled some RT Plastics chips, I saw the plastic underneath was uneven. However, you simply cannot tell through the thick label.
 
Just scrape it off. The big chunks will come off pretty easily with an X-acto blade, and whatever's left can be cleaned up with a little bit of isopropyl alcohol.
