I have a hard copy of The Game Plan available for sale. It is brand new. It is unopened & in original condition.
Original Price: $32.40
Sales Price: $16.20 plus shipping (I've priced it half the original price--see below for explanation).
(I ordered it from Amazon. The Matchbook price is $0; basically, you get a free kindle version if you order the hard copy. I'd rather keep the kindle version, sell the hard copy and get a better deal. If you prefer hard copies to kindle versions, I hope this is win-win to both for us.)
I haven't had much time to dive into the book, so no opinions thus far. I will note it has 5 stars on Amazon (but only 5 reviews), and a nice quote about it from Ed Miller: "Poker is the only game I know where you can read one book and then hold your own against the best players in the world. The Game Plan is that book."
