I can try to set one up on CBS.com or other site for free.

What is the feeling for buy in?
$10?
$20?

Prize fund?
1st place 100% or a 1st, 2nd, 3rd spread?

Only one entry or two?

Buy in will likely be pay up after the tourney is complete via Pay Pal F&F.

There are many options, too many IMHO to deal with.
One that intrigues me is a weighted pool where you add value to the confidence of your choices for each round.
It rewards confidence in your picks.
