Mandatory Overtime! (1 Viewer)

I was planning on having a no limit freeze out tourney tonight, but got mandatory overtime for 12 hours (day half). The tourney was going to start at 6pm, so I just pushed it back to 8pm and now its gonna be a cash game .25-.50 NLH $20 minimum and $50 max.
Still playing which is good, but damn I wanted to have a tournament. Always next time....

Stupid work
Im doing mandatory OT as well the last three Saturdays and its really cutting into my poker time.
I could still play but i play worse then normal when im tired.

Well the cash game started about 2 hours late. I felt rushed the whole time trying to clean up the garage.Overall I did OK. Here's my high hand of the night.

I have enough seniority that mandatory OT is pretty much a thing of the past for me. When I first started I was making 10 bucks an hour. Working 4 16 hour shifts a week. All Mando OT. Our department was horribly ran at the time. 21 years ago I made more money than what I was making even 5 years ago because of all the OT.
