Looking to see some large inlay sets (1 Viewer)

Nice set, but the anti giant inlay people will say that the edge spots are all covered up. ;)
If I had the cash I would own a Vineyard set, the colours are tremendous. The giant inlay sets are great to look at, I owned a lot of them over the years, but they tend to get too slippery once broken in.
I'm one of those annoying chip shufflers, and appreciate some slipperiness.
Beauties

I’m a shuffler too, only takes a very short time to get THC broken in until they shuffle beautifully. I have a couple racks of shuffle stacks, IHC and THC predominantly but some giant inlays as well for fun

Fair points... My current shuffle stack at work is half grand inlay, and half IHC, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, LOL.
I have a barrel of PNY 1000s that are my favorite shufflers, I much prefer them over the barrels of Jack 43mm and Aurora* 43mms that I have, though they may not be broken in enough yet.

I initially didn't like the look of the large inlay on the RHC chip but after buying a few large inlay 5's I really appreciate the feel of them and how well they hold up. I'm hoping some of you that have these large inlay chips could share some pron or perhaps a link to pron. I'm also looking for whats available in the market in larger denoms. I'll post what I have access to and thank you in advance for any help.

This is a great thing to like since most people don't. You should be able to find some nice chips at a good price!

Terrible picture but haven't taken one since... my Aces casino and sports bar! 1,535 current chip count! Also have samples of Paulson Flags, legends of the west, 1995 rodeo commemerative Paulson set all of which are large inlays! Sorry much phone sucks!! Now that they are all cleaned and oiled I need to find a way to take some better pictures!

So you don’t remove the original inlay?

Who made the custom (?outlay?) stickers for you? Do they ever peel off?

My chips are original no inlays have been replaced... I have seen pictures of people removing these inlays... for one I dont like chip murdering unless it's old worn out hot stamps our starburst chips... but anyways the upper lip when the inlay is removed is very thin and with not enough distance from the lower inlay surface it seems to me that over time labels would peel back out of there... sorry for the delay... I was just admiring the giant inlays and saw you quoted me... but I never recieved an alert! Fellow chipper Ben

Unless you're using a clamshell phone I doubt it's the problem. From what I can see it's your lighting and staging/framing that need improvement. Use as much natural light as you can instead of indoor lighting, especially when taking pictures of larger sets. Get in as close as possible to fill the frame... don't make it look like you're a mile away from the subject. At the same time don't cut things off like you did in your pics. Get extraneous things out of the way... ball caps, coupons, etc. Lots of other tips can help but just these things alone can go a long way to taking better pics with any camera.

All fair statements and couldn't agree more, if you're going to take the time to post them... take the time to take decent pictures! Mostly lazy I absolutely agree! I guess i chalk that up to the fact that I love my chips but they are pretty common, there are tons of good pictures of these guys, but still shouldn't be an excuse to post a bad picture I get the point... when I joined trying to run Aces and FOC chips down I was told they are common and I shouldn't have much problem finding them.... thank you for the FOC sample set BTW! I won't forget anyone that helped me get these sets together! Not sure I would use the word common though!
Seems the people that own them at this point have no intentions of letting them go... so obviously there must be some love for the giant inlays!

My apologies, that wasn't the reason I responded... post whatever pictures you want. You made a comment about your phone not taking good pictures and I was merely trying to point out that you CAN take better pictures with your phone. You said you need to find a way and I was just trying to give you some pointers... that is all.

I have no issue with giant inlay chips. As a matter of fact, two of my all time favorite sets are giant inlays. The Aces and FOCs will most likely always stay in my collection. Such affordable sets too (in comparison to other Paulson sets).

If I ever were to go after a big I may set, Palms would be my first choice by far.

2nd choice...? No idea.
