Hey all,
Not this Santa.....

First, big thanks to everyone who's helped me with info since joining...this site and the ppl here are really great, really appreciate it.

Now, bought my first "real" set, an HSI, for my home games and I've quickly learned that .25 cent chips are very difficult to come across. I'd like to add this denom so I'm looking for:

Santa ysabel (blue $1 chips)
Or pink terrible frontier (.50 cent)

These seem to fit the set from what I've gathered.

2 racks of either, probably prefer terribles as choice 1. Of course if there were real HSI fracs I'd love to talk about those...I know they aren't cheap. So yea, that's about it, thanks.

Love these chips ;)
The terribles are great, but with only 2000 in existence… they’ll be tough to shake loose.
GLWS!

Tell em Large Marge sent ya....bump it up!

Didnt know the breakdown of #'s, hopefully theres someone out there with some.

Well, since you're a relative newcomer, you might not have considered doing the arithmetic thing:

Don't use quarters at all. Whatever your buy-in is, just issue four times that amount in $1s, $5s, etc. E.g., for $20 buy-in, give out $80 in your present $1 and $5 chips. Play your poker at $1/$2. When people cash out, give them cash equal to 1/4 the amount of their chips.

You save money by not buying expensive quarters, your game plays much more simply, you use your nicer chips ($5, $25) more, and the experience gets your players used to playing $1/$2 in casinos, etc.

Either way, have fun!
