I have decided to make my own dealer button, because I’m finding that dealer button options to buy in Canada are very limiting.

I have the tools to do so, and my wife has a machine that can cut the letters for it.

I am wondering what would be the ideal size. I know that is extremely subjective, but just looking for opinions.

Thanks.

I'm as sucker for not having heavy buttons. ABC 60mm meet the perfect criteria of diameter, height, and weight.

I own many buttons - regular and custom - and will be only ever be ordering @ABC Gifts and Awards 60mm going forward.
Yep, I bought the 49mm with my DDLM set from BRPro and wished I had got the 60mm.

It's probably worth mentioning that the standard white Paulson dealer button that most casinos use is smaller - probably around 50mm or a bit over.
But personally I think the 60mm ones are the perfect size, and I always get a little sad when I see smaller ones.
