I am keeping an eye out on what the best .25 chip would go good with this set and could use some help. I am using the blue PCA quarters from a buddy's set but want to just keep options open.

Option 1: Label Roulette chips. Which color? I was thinking lime green or light blue if I could find them.
Option 2: Get some more 2.50s and relabel them
Option 3: Find the Aztar .50 and move the game from .25/.50 to .50/.50
Option 4: Some other chip that would fit in here that I am not aware of.

Here is my current cash set:

I'd go with the Aztar snappers. I'm not sure I'd even bother relabelling them. Roulettes could be ok (I'd look at blue, orange, purple, yellow before any green). Aztar .50s are from Caruthersville with differences in inlay and mold. There's a crazy number of relabel options outside those chips, of course. A blue base live casino single could work well. Check out Trihonda's Binnion's relabel as a Benny's quarter.

I am relabeling $1 garden city chips as quarters....they are the same kind of chip as the others and are blue. Been hunting for 50 cent aztars but they are hard to find.

I have 130 aztar snappers for sale in the classified ads here :)

Those $1 garden city chips were on eBay recenty..... I got 200 of them for about 50 cents each.....going to have Gear print out labels

Yup, and they are again. The eBay seller you bought from is more than likely Todd, and the ones currently on eBay are definitely Todd's.

I got 200 chips, but after sorting them, only 80 were in decent condition.
So I only labelled 80, which was fine because that gives me 8 chips, for a 10 handed game. Perfect.

I have the artwork too, if you need it.

Some were pretty worn out..... I figured they would be fine for now until I get some better in the future.
