Royal Flush
So I wanted to post this picture. He agreed to let me, and so I will. He's a retired police officer. Plays in a social game I'm a part of , and occasionally, runs his own game but he's been diagnosed with cancer and gone through chemotherapy, and finally fought his way back to health a bit. He's just a fantastic man I'm lucky to have met. I got so much respect for his zest for life, the way he plays poker, the way he has lived. Just an unreal human being. Man of principal. That's for sure.
I got a Links Strong chip from @Quicksilver-75 a long time ago. It's been a long time to get him into my home game (which finally resumed after 2 months), and have him enjoy a night of poker at a Rounders home game. The chip doesn't show very well in the photo, sorry about that. But it's the chip I have pictured..
