Looks like this likely turned out to be a scam. If you don't want to wait to see if you receive the ultrasonic, file a dispute with eBay. Seller has 3 days to return the money (ha - ok), then you can escalate with eBay and they will handle. Sorry for the extra pain in the ass.

Same... the whole things fishy... might PM him and say “I’ll buy out your whole inventory. Please send photo of it so I can verify before payment” or some BS. My guess is I won’t hear back
