So back in the early chiptalk days there was this user: fetishgirl. She was a fashion designer, lots of leather and black vinyl. She actually designed/provided some of Trinity's clothes for the first Matrix movie. Anyway, she was closely connected to some of the higher ups at Cherry Casino (Europe, I forget where) and helped bring thousands of chips to market. Mostly cherry-hot-stamped paulsons, but some others too.

I has no idea they were from a casino. I thought they were sold to the public like Starbursts.

They're from a Swedish "casino". Like if a resturant or club wants to have a black jack table or whatever, they have that company (cherry casino) run the table for them. But the chips to have a soft spot in my heart. Too young for the paulson, they were already ceramics when i got old enough to go to any pub. But b&g ceramics have a very nice feel to them.

There are only a handfull of true casinos in Sweden, owned by the state, called casino cosmopol.
