Hmmm... I feel obligated to check out these videos to critique them!
I'm not a big advocate of watching casino dealers - having trained a few and seen a lot of them, quality varies widely. You may pick up others' bad habits.
I've been known to tip a dealer just because they're being sharp and doing things properly... it causes momentary confusion when someone not in a pot tips... then gratitude from the dealer and acknowledgement/respect from the players.

Side note: I wholeheartedly approve of people wanting to improve their dealing skill. It's good for you, and good for your game. And if they don't cover it in the videos - learn to shuffle properly, too. Saves your cards and saves your hands.
