A while ago, I bought a barrel of metallic gold roulette chips, over labeled them as "Show' em" chips for my Pyramid Casino set, and tossed them in my cabinet. What I did not recall was how truly heavy and spectacular they feel now that I have taken them out and started shuffling with them a bit.

They weigh in at > 11g!

Do other paulsons like this exist in quantity? Do any of you have any solids lying around collecting dust that you'd be willing to part with? The thought of having a playable, leaded, set of solids has my interest peaked. If I'm crazy, let me know.

Met. gold is one of the heaviest leaded Paulson colors. They are literally bricks.

Of course leaded solids exist in quantity. Have a search for Fitz quarters, for example.
 
I recently sold 2 racks of metallic gold. They are the heaviest chips I've ever handled. So amazing.

These maroon are close, they clock in on average at 10.7.each but I bet some are heavier.
