I would like to find 100 to 160 old school leaded paulson 5s. Ideally they would have shaped and textured inlays.

I would consider other chips that are not 5s, but could be relabled as such.

I would like chips to be near mint to mint and I will pay up for them.

Bright colors would be best.

Could be red or yellow. Or another color, just not pink or blue.

Rvcl 5s would be great if you have any. Lol but I know that is never going to happen.

I am trying to build a small stakes or micro cash set of old school leaded paulsons.

Also looking for some black 20s, or a chip that could be relabled as 20s.

Here is what I have so far.

And 200 X empress snappers that will be relabled as either .05s or .25s.

If you have any nice, bright color, leaded paulsons that you think might fit please let me know.

Also if you have any suggestions for chips that you think might go well with these please let me know.

Thanks

Colter

the problem I would have with 3 of the 4 5's that you've selected is the hub inlay shape would match the hub shape on the King's 1's

Tough on my OCD

I like the bourbon st and the pca looks pretty good.

I had some golden eagle 5s, but they were not quite rite.

The palais chips are nice, what color are the 5s? Pink?

How about a lecove 20 relabled as a 5. I think those would look pretty sweet.

Here is a pic of them together from @bluegill

Those would be some awesome $5s, very expensive $5s, but definitely awesome!!:)

Here’s another black $20 option.

But then that’s probably too much blue and so you’d have to rethink your choice of quarters. :whistling:

No, the Palais $5 is not really “pink”, although many photos depict it as such. It’s actually more of a purplish pink, like a fuscia. See the photo from the recent Classified ad by @FakeNewz , his photo is spot on; here’s a similarly accurate photo, It’s not pink, it’s definitely purplish. It’s the same color as the edge spot on the Paulson CDI 2005 $500, if that helps.

The $20 and $5 Palais chips are some of the best looking chips out there. Those would be awesome in your set.

If you put a label on the Le Cove $20, I will have no choice but to nominate you for banishment from this forum... I’ve been after those chips for 2 years (my declared unicorn) but have nothing that @bluegill is interested in trading for...

If I got them..... Yeah I'd relabel lol.......those Would look awsome as 5s in my set.

I don't think they are in much danger though, I don't have anything he's looking for eithet.

What about empress 5s

Edit. That’s a dumbass suggestion, forgot the snappers are empress.

I don't see why. If the snappers are gonna be relabled, and the empress $5 is a good fit, relable the snappers as some other casino.

The base color of the Palais des congrès de Montréal $5 chip most closely matches up to Light Violet (second-closest is Rubine Red), which makes no sense -- both of those colors were introduced in 2014, and the Palais chips were produced many years prior. None of the other current Paulson colors come remotely close to matching. Yet another PdCdM mystery. :cautious:

There seems to some colors Paulson has trouble keeping consistent. These are all Blaze Orange.
