I would argue that 3 racks of $3 avoided the need for more racks of $5's.... but this guy isn't worried about the overall cost.
Because moar chipes, moar color on the table, and a frickin' steal at only $300 per rack. A grand for that rack of $10s, two grand for the $20s, and another two grand for the barrel of hundos.
